NotBadCV is an AI-powered resume builder that generates tailored resume content based on information you provide. The Service uses third-party AI models (including Anthropic’s Claude) to produce resume variants, which you may download as PDF files or receive by email.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Resumes generated by NotBadCV are produced by artificial intelligence. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all generated content before submitting it to any employer, recruiter, or third party.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or error-free.
We do not guarantee any employment outcome, interview invitation, or job offer as a result of using the Service.
It is your responsibility to ensure your resume accurately reflects your actual qualifications, experience, and skills.
Submitting a resume with false or fabricated information to an employer is your sole responsibility and may have legal or professional consequences.

4. Free Open Beta

NotBadCV is currently available as a free open beta. All features — including AI resume generation and PDF download — are provided at no charge during this period. No account, payment method, or credit card is required.

We reserve the right to introduce paid features or pricing in the future. We will provide reasonable notice before any paid model takes effect.
During the open beta, we welcome your feedback at feedback@notbadcv.com. Your input helps us improve the Service.
Open beta features may change, be removed, or become unavailable without prior notice as we iterate on the product.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to create resumes containing deliberately false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI prompts, models, or systems.
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute resume outputs generated for others without our written consent.
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws in your country or jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

The resume content generated by the Service based on your input is yours to use freely. We do not claim ownership over the resume documents you download.

The NotBadCV brand, logo, website design, software, and underlying AI prompts remain the intellectual property of NotBadCV. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle the personal data you provide.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
